apply for the month in which payment is received in
full.
- Ages
relate to that of the participant on the date of the
event, e.g Adult is someone who is aged above 13 by 17
July 2008.
- Discounts
are available to families not buying at the door and
attending the full event.
- To
keep costs down, acknowledgements and information
will be by email only, although tickets will be
posted to you.
Ticket
prices includes the following...
- Entrance
to the programme for the ticketed days
- Basic
accommodation (men and women separate) in large
marquees and halls
- Basic
sports and activities unless otherwise stated
- Admission
to the Scouts programme
- Crèche
facility (NB children must be supervised)
Ticket
prices do not include...
- meals
which may be purchased from a variety of stalls and
bazaars
- private
tents or hotel accommodation
- sporting
tournaments
